DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Agreement has been executed between the following parties under the terms and conditions set forth below.

By accepting this Agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that they are obliged to pay the total order amount and any additional fees (e.g., shipping, tax) if applicable, upon confirmation of the order subject to this Agreement, and declares that they have been informed accordingly in advance.
2. DEFINITIONS
The following terms shall have the respective meanings given to them in the implementation and interpretation of this Agreement:
• MINISTER: Minister of Customs and Trade,
• MINISTRY: Ministry of Customs and Trade,
• LAW: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers,
• REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188),
• SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than the provision of goods undertaken or promised in exchange for a fee or benefit,
• SELLER: The company offering goods to consumers or acting on behalf of or for the account of another within the scope of commercial or professional activities,
• BUYER: A natural or legal person acquiring, using, or benefiting from goods or services for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
• SITE: The website belonging to the SELLER,
• ORDER PLACER: A natural or legal person requesting goods or services through the SELLER’s website,
• PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
• AGREEMENT: This agreement executed between the SELLER and the BUYER,
• GOODS: Moveable items subject to shopping, as well as software, audio, video, and other intangible goods prepared for use in electronic environments.
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER’s website, pursuant to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales prices. Announced prices and commitments remain valid until updated or modified. Prices announced for a limited period shall be valid until the specified deadline.

7.1. The essential characteristics (type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity) of the product/service are published on the SELLER’s website. If the SELLER has organized a campaign, you can review the relevant product’s features during the campaign period. Campaigns are valid until their stated expiration dates.
7.2. The listed and announced prices on the site are sales prices, inclusive of all taxes. These prices are valid until updated or modified. Limited-time offers are valid until the specified deadline.
7.3. The total price of the goods/services, including all taxes, is shown below:
